MedSpa digital intake forms are now live, with ready-to-use templates built in — plus your team can now see exactly when clients have opened and reviewed their forms before an appointment. Digital Forms & Intake Waivers MedSpa salons can now use digital intake forms directly through Pagoda. Five standard form templates are pre-loaded and ready to assign to appointments right away, so you don't have to build them from scratch. Staff can see when a client has opened and viewed their form, and clients checking in through the booking portal are tracked the same way — giving your team full visibility into form completion before each visit. Other Improvements Fixed an issue where service prices were showing as $0 on certain MedSpa form and message modals. Fixed a bug in the account setup flow where the subscription step was occasionally skipped during onboarding.

This update wires digital forms directly into the appointment flow, introduces a new subscription plan for med spas and fixes the password reset issue some users were hitting. Med Spas: Digital Forms & Intake Waivers Forms can now be linked directly to specific appointments, with expiration logic based on each template's settings. If a form tied to an appointment is no longer valid, the system flags it — keeping your intake process accurate and timely without manual tracking. Subscription Plans & Business Settings A new MedSpa Essentials plan is now available for medical spa businesses, with pricing synced live from our billing system. Once a salon is on an active paid plan, business type and staffing model are locked to keep billing accurate — reach out to our support team if you need to make a change. Password Reset Fix Fixed an issue where the "Forgot Password" flow wasn't completing correctly for some users. Password resets should now work reliably — if you or any of your staff were running into trouble logging in, give it another try.

This update adds address tracking to client profiles and a new alert system so your staff never misses an important note. Client Management Client profiles now include address fields — street, city, state, and zip — so your staff can capture and view a client's full address directly from the client form or detail page. We also added a pop-up note alert: when a client or transaction has a pop-up note attached, your team will see a clear alert the moment they open that record. This is one of our biggest updates yet, introducing a rebuilt reporting system, a full cash drawer feature, digital intake forms and waivers, and the companion iOS app is now live on the App Store. Better Business Insights The Reports section has been completely rebuilt. You can now browse and install standard reports, filter by staff member, service, or product, and choose rolling date ranges like "last 7 days" or "quarter to date." Columns can be shown/hidden to your desire and saved to be your customized report. A new Transaction Log shows every sale with expandable line-item details used for end-of-day reviews and month-end reconciliation. Booking Changes You can now configure the starting times for your appointments in your salon profile. Navigate to `Settings > Studio > Edit > Advanced Settings' to select your desired available slots in 15-/30-/60- minute intervals Cash Management You can now open and close cash drawer sessions, automatically log cash and check transactions throughout the day, and run a balancing summary before closing. Check has been added as an accepted payment method across checkout in the web and mobile app. Med Spas: Digital Forms & Intake Waivers For med spa businesses, you can now create and manage reusable digital forms and waivers. Forms are tied to specific services, so the right form automatically appears directly on the client profile when they book their appointment. Everything is stored securely, with fine-grained permissions and audit trail capabilities. Med Spas: Medical Charts For med spa businesses, you can now attach diagrams and charts directly onto a client profile, enabling you to store client-specific images and markups. You can edit, annotate and version your documents in the platform with full tracking of when the file was created and modified. Mobile App Now Available on iOS The Pagoda companion app is now on the iOS App Store. Staff can access their calendar, manage clients, process payments, and browse products from their iPhone. This release also adds support for product image/notes fields to the mobile flow. Automatic updates are enabled, so your team will always be on the latest version. Coming Soon: AI Phone Receptionist We're building a Voice AI feature that will let Pagoda handle incoming calls and appointment inquiries automatically. Infrastructure is in place — customer-facing rollout coming soon. Marketing & Client Messaging A few updates to campaigns and messaging: scheduling is more reliable, recipient lists can now be imported and exported as CSV files, and Pagoda's branding in outbound SMS messages has been moved to the end and made less prominent.
