No. Salon plans are priced by the number of bookable calendars you need, and med spa plans by provider count. You can add as many non-booking staff accounts as you like at no extra cost.

You can upgrade at any time from inside the platform and only pay the prorated difference. Nothing is lost or reset when you move up a tier.

Yes. Every med spa plan, including Independent, is HIPAA compliant end to end, with encryption in transit and at rest. Charting, intake forms, consent forms and before/after photos are all covered.

Yes. We migrate clients, appointment history, memberships and packages as part of onboarding. Get in touch and we will confirm what we can pull from your current platform before you commit.

Appointment reminders, confirmations and direct conversations with clients from your business number. Salon plans include a monthly message allowance by tier; med spa plans include two-way messaging on every plan.

Only if you want to take card payments in person. Our In-Store POS add-on includes the terminal. Everything else runs in a browser or on the Pagoda mobile app.
